What is this template? The excel invoice template is a template that you use for your sales invoice using a pre-made template that you can find in Microsoft Excel. You have two options, you can either encode the information from your sale invoices straight to your template or you can also print out the template and jot it all down manually. However, there are advantages and disadvantages. If you use the one that you input or encode the information straight to your computer, it will be so much better than manually jotting it down because you might have erasures and you might need to edit some things. When these circumstances happen and you are using the manual way, your work will be dirty because of all the adding, editing and erasures. Unlike when you input it directly to your computer, it will be easier to edit anything.
