Proper Care for Eureka Vacuum Parts

Your best buddy at home is surely your Eureka vacuum cleaner. Of course, your cleaning task will never be perfect without the use of this device. It sucks all the dirt in every corner of your home. To show your appreciation for your cleaner, you need to make sure that every part of it is at its best condition. If not, it is time to get some Eureka vacuum parts in the market to replace such defective ones.

Speaking of replacement parts, it is not as simple as spare parts alone. The effectiveness of the whole vacuum unit merely depends on the quality parts installed in it. However, doing replacements often can still involve a couple of bucks from you. Therefore, the only thing left for you to do is to take good care of the parts to extend their lives as much as possible. Here are some pointers to consider in maintaining Eureka parts:

  • Filters. The filters are maintained differently depending on the type. For instance, HEPA filter needs to replaced every six months, fabric filters is once a year, while washable HEPA filters just need to be cleaned every eight weeks.
  • Belts. Since belts are prone to wearing and stretching, it is advisable to replace them every six months.
  • Hoses. Always check the hoses because sometimes, if the bag becomes too full, the air will not move dirt into the bag leaving the vacuum damaged.
  • Fan Blade. Careful when handling the vacuum, once you hit a hard object, the fan blade can be left broken.

The duration of Eureka cleaners depends solely in the proper maintenance of its parts. They will be no longer effective once one of the parts is damaged. So never take Eureka vacuum parts for granted for it might lead to unwanted results.
