But the truth is, since we all have abs, it’s just a matter of doing the right lower ab exercises to make those six packs a reality. One exercise that can help you achieve this is the reverse crunch which is a favorite among the expert body builders. To do this you will have to lie on the floor. Then lift your upper body using both arms as a support, meaning you are pushing your upper body upwards while your hands and arms are serving as supports as well. Now take note that this is among the lower ab exercises that may be a bit advanced for beginners but the results will be worth it.
Next raise your knees without your feet leaving the ground. The soles of your feet should be touching the floor. Then pull your knees toward you so that your body will form a tight V formation. This time your feet will be lifted off the ground. Hold that position for about 30 seconds then slowly lower your feet and knees to rest for a few seconds. Make 10 repetitions to make this exercise more effective.
This will help strengthen your stomach muscles and thus bring you closer to that better abs you have been longing for. There are other lower ab exercises you can do to complement this exercise. When combines, these exercises will give you that perfect abs and that perfectly sculpted body as well.
