The Low-Down Itchy Shame on Male Yeast Infection Symptoms

There are different kinds of male yeast infection symptoms depending on where it becomes apparent. Yes, it is true that even men can have this infection when all the while it was stereotyped that only women are prone to this infection. Now, since there are different kinds, here are the details of the symptom per type of yeast infection:

1) Oral Yeast Infection

This is mostly prevalent among men who have low immune systems. This kind of infection manifests as white-cottage cheese-like patches which are found along the tongue and lips of the affected individual. Redness is also present, and there are chances of bleeding when these patches are touched.

2) Skin Yeast Infection

The groin is usually the most commonly attacked part of the male anatomy. This kind of male yeast infection has male yeast infection symptoms including blister-like patches which are very itchy. When these are scratched too much, the pustules ooze out. It may also infect nearby areas thus making the itch intolerable.

3) Genital Yeast Infection

Aside from unprotected sexual encounters with women carrying yeast infection, certain medications, bath oils and soaps can also trigger this infection. Pain is often the first symptom of such infections in men especially when they urinate. Itchiness is present as well as rashes, but the pain tops the symptoms.

Male yeast infection symptoms are not to be ignored. Not only is this infection difficult to treat but it is also contagious, so no matter how you treat it, as long as the infection is present inside the body, it will definitely come back.
